Goody & Co. (“Goody”, “we”) is a small home-decor brand. This page explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you join the Goody list we collect your first name, email address, optional decor interest and signup page. When you place an order, we also collect the contact, delivery and order details needed to fulfill it. Card details are handled securely by our payment provider and are not stored by Goody.

How we use it

We use your details to email you about Goody: launch news, new boxes and early access for the list. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We may use a third-party email delivery service to send those messages on our behalf. Order and gift-card details are used only to process payment, deliver purchases and provide customer care.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics and Meta, to understand site visits and improve our ads. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or block cookies in your browser. Your browser also stores small amounts of data locally to keep your cart working between pages.

Ads on Facebook and Instagram

We use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code, along with advertising cookies to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant Goody ads on Facebook and Instagram. It also helps us recognize when someone who already loves Goody visits the site. You can turn off ad personalization at any time in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, or block these cookies in your browser.

Keeping and removing your data

We keep list details until you ask us to remove them. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@goodyandco.com. Every email we send will also include an unsubscribe link.

Some of our styled room photos are AI-assisted concept renderings, created to show how an edit comes together before our curated photography is ready. We also use actual product photography and, where needed, AI-assisted product composites. Styled imagery is illustrative; the contents list defines what arrives at your door. We never use AI to invent customer reviews, testimonials or photos of real homes, and we do not use your personal information to generate imagery.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
