This website is operated by Goody & Co. By browsing the site, joining the Goody List, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked in our footer. You must provide accurate information and use the site only for lawful purposes.

Products, prices & availability

We aim to describe every box, individual item and gift card accurately. Colors and finishes may appear slightly different across screens, and handmade or natural materials may have small variations. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Availability is limited and an item is not reserved until checkout is completed.

Orders & payment

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the items in your cart. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We may cancel or limit an order because of an inventory error, suspected fraud, an incorrect price, or an address we cannot serve. If payment has been taken for a canceled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping & delivery

Available shipping methods, costs and estimates are shown during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Gift cards & promotions

Goody gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases until their balance reaches zero. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and may not be used to buy another gift card. Lost, stolen or incorrectly addressed cards may be replaced only when we can verify the original purchase and remaining balance. Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be limited or withdrawn as permitted by law.

The Goody List

Joining the list means you would like to hear from us by email. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining does not reserve stock or guarantee the availability of a box.

Returns & refunds

Eligible physical products may be returned according to our Returns & Refunds policy. Gift-card purchases and redeemed gift-card amounts are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Our content

The Goody name, logos, photography, styling, copy and other site content belong to Goody & Co. or their respective owners. You may share links to our site, but may not copy, reproduce or commercially use our content without written permission.

Site availability & liability

We work to keep the site accurate, secure and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goody & Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products or services change. The current version and its effective date will always appear on this page. These terms are governed by applicable United States and Florida law, without limiting any consumer protections that apply to you.

Styled imagery

Some styled images and product composites are AI-assisted renderings that illustrate how an edit looks in a room. Styled imagery is illustrative only: furniture, lamps, mirrors and other props are not included unless the contents list says so. We also provide actual product photography. The written contents and specifications define the items you will receive.
