Returns
Unopened edits may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace the piece or refund it in full, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days of the return being received.
Final sale
Limited seasonal edits and clearance pieces may be marked final sale. Any such items are labelled clearly before purchase.
